Well, the time has finally arrived. After playing in festivals throughout the U.S. and Canada this past year, including the very prestigious Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal, MANOJ is available on the internet.

Actually, the time arrived a couple of days ago. I just updated my page today.

I hope this video, directed by the brilliant, young filmmaker Zia Mohajerjasbi, is well received and widely circulated. I do fear, however, that if this happens, it might ruin the lives of every child named "Manoj" in the United States. The answer to "why is that, Hari?" awaits you dear reader:

Here is the YouTube edited version (since YT is aiding in the process of keeping attention spans low with their 11 minute time limit).

And here is the LONGER version of the film that some of my bigger fans have seen at festivals or through underground bootleg copies (Hey Mom and Dad!):

I just said this...HA

INT: Victrola Coffee and Art in Seattle, Washington.

Hari Kondabolu is sitting with his very talented writer friend Lindy West.

Bon Jovi's "You Give Love a Bad Name" is playing in the background.

Shot through the heart
And you're to blame
You give love a bad name

If I ever broke up with Jennifer Love Hewitt, I would make her a CD with just this song on it.

Ha! That's funny.

Yes, it is. I'm going to put what I just said to you in my blog.

Oh, how we laughed! How Lindy and I laughed!

Some people can just enjoy conversations with friends. I never throw anything out and must document all humorous interactions as they may potentially lead to some creative benefit in the future.

Also, in the last 10 minutes, eavesdropping on the conversations of other patrons, I've heard the following words/phrases:

Dharamsala, Burning Man, Passive-Aggressive.

Oh Seattle.

Welcome back, Hari Kondabolu.
